Pathetic customer services
Absolutely PATHETIC service at premium price You wait between 40mins to an hour + for someone to assist via calls. I've discussed this with management a couple of times and was promised they are hiring staff to assist, apparently it was never done Live chat closes offend screen goes blank, after 20mins, and I have no idea why they call it LIVE CHAT if you waiting for 20mins with no response and no one ever gets back to you
My advise is go directly to the supplier

03 Jun 2026, 13:48Hi Sheran,
We understand how frustrating it is to wait 40 minutes to an hour for assistance and then still not get the support you need. When you’re trying to resolve an issue and support is not readily available, it can feel very time‑consuming and discouraging.
It’s also clear that the difficulties with live chat, including the delays and disconnections, made the experience even more challenging. That’s understandably not how support should feel when you need help. We’re here to assist and would really value the opportunity to look into this for you. Please send us a direct message on Hello Peter with a brief description of your issue along with your account details, and our team will take a closer look and work toward getting this resolved.
Kind regards,
Mweb Team

We understand how concerning it is to see such inconsistent speeds, especially when you’re expecting a stable experience aligned with your package. Variability like this can be frustrating, and it’s important we look at both the connection and environment to narrow down the cause. Here are a few expert checks that can make a real difference:1. Test over a wired (Ethernet) connection
WiFi is highly sensitive to interference, distance, and obstacles like walls. A direct cable connection removes these variables and shows the true line performance coming into your home. If speeds are stable on cable but not on WiFi, the issue is environmental rather than the fibre line itself.2. Check router placement
Routers perform best in open, central areas. If placed in a cupboard, behind a TV, or in a corner, the signal weakens and becomes inconsistent. Better placement improves signal strength and reduces speed drops across devices.3. Limit background usage
Devices running updates, cloud backups, or streaming in the background can quietly consume bandwidth. This often explains why speeds fluctuate during the day. Testing while all other devices are paused gives a clearer, more accurate result.4. Use the correct WiFi band
Most modern routers offer 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz:
A full reboot refreshes the connection session between your home and the network. Over time, sessions can become unstable, and a restart often restores consistency.6. Check peak-time performance
If speeds drop mainly during evenings, it may relate to network congestion in the area. This helps us determine whether the issue is localised or network-related.7. Device capability matters
Older phones, laptops, or network cards may not support higher speeds, especially on WiFi. Testing across multiple devices helps confirm whether the limitation is device-specific.If you’re still seeing unstable results after these checks, the best next step is for us to continue to troubleshoot with you while the issue is happening. That allows us to run real-time diagnostics on the line and identify the exact cause with precision. We’re here to ensure your connection performs as it should.

Most modern routers offer 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz:
- 2.4GHz travels further but is slower and more prone to interference
- 5GHz is faster but works best at shorter distances
Switching between these based on where you are in your home can significantly improve performance.
