Pathetic Customer Service from Technical department

Phoned the technical department for assistance but ended up sitting on the line waiting for over 30 minutes listening to the background music and electronic information and no one answered.

Been having internet issues since last week and even tried then.

Logged a query online and no one even bothered to respond.

I refuse to waste my minutes on this ****.

Absolute waste of time and money!
