Pathetic Customer Service from MWEB

Can I give less than 1 star??? They do not deserve even less than one.

The call waiting times are ridiculously long long. Be extremely thankful if you get through under 20 minutes.

It's been close to 48hrs for a technician to attend to a fibre down complaint.

Is there a way to get them removed from being a service provider?
