Pathetic customer service

It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with mweb. You hardly ever get to speak to a human being when you call their contact center, you hold on for hours and when you finally speak to someone they can't help you. I have never been so annoyed with customer service in my entire life. Don't waste your time on mweb as all they do is take away your precious time. They hang up on me so many times!!!! I'd this the way they treat their clients???
