Pathetic customer service

This so called number 1 ISP in SA is a lie, their service is appalling and shocking. You have to wait minimum 20min to get your call answered except if you are new business then it is less then 2min yet us customers who have been with them for more than 10 years we get nonsensical service. They are damn right frustrating, your orders are not authorised even after you have paid. They are the worst I have a good mind of leaving
