Pathetic customer service

I have a connectivity issue that is now taking 7 days to resolve Mweb is blaming Clear Acceas and Clear access is blaming Mweb.I’’ basically paying for a service that I am not using,what’s worse is I work from home and my children does online schooling it is extremely frustrating for my house hold .Eveetime I contact the call centre all I hear is blaming game without resolving the issue I really regret moving from Cool Ideas to this r&***h IP service provider Clear Access sucks and they lack common sence of customer service
