Pathetic customer service

They have been deducting money out of my account for no absolute purpose. My account is 400 theyre charging me 500 when i call the customer care the customer care just puts me on hold and cuts my call this is the worst! I asked for an upgrade to 50gbs for 400 and here my app says 70gbs for 400 but i am paying 500!
