Pathetic customer service

My sim card was ****** 3 days ago. It is almost impossible to get hold of anyone at Mweb to do a sim swop. When I finally got hold of an operator today, the call cut off after about 30 sec. No one phoned me back. I even logged onto the platform and used the chat function. No reply at all.
