PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely pathetic! We have been having technical issues since Monday and it is currently Thursday afternoon. We have no internet connection. We have been calling every possible number they have on the website but no answer. It just goes straight to voicemail or does not ring. The customer service is pathetic and downright useless. We have probably made about 50 calls in the past few days and nothing! In what word is this even close to acceptable! If i could give it less than 0 stars i would! Just stay away!
