pathetic customer service

I've been trying to get a hold of them all day but the call keeps on cutting.

I've sent an email to Eugene Jones a service agent i previously communicated a while back requesting a cancelation form he said I need to get hold of the cancelation department I then sent him a reply requesting the number or email address for the cancelation department and he didn't respond again. I sent him a new email again requesting the cancelation departments email address or contact number still no reply
