Pathetic customer care and useless call centre assistance!!!!!!!

I am so unbelievably disgusted in their service! We have been waiting since November 2019 to be connected and for our box to be delivered. Eventually out box was delivered the 14th of Feb 2020. We have now been put on hold for 2 days because the Internet connection is not pulling through on our devices. They also pulled a debit order in Jan for a service we werent even using as of yet. Their call centre is a joke - no one phones back and their customer care is disgusting!!!!!!
