Pathetic customer care and communication

Good day,

Firstly let me say that as a new client I am disgusted with your customer service.

I've been calling in atleast 4 times yesterday and twice this morning, I was put on hold longer than 15 minutes each time.

My query is unresolved and if this is the service you guys provide I will surely not continue.

Vumatel was out for installation yesterday, a guy named Thami said they will be back later on in the day to connect the router and I will be connected. No one came back. My current service provider cuts my line at 4pm today. I need my connection sorted out before that.

May I also add that this morning I spoke to a gentleman named Abu. Please thank him on my behalf for cutting me off halfway through my sentence and putting me on hold where no one answered. He's customer service has to be no less than 100%.

What a great way to start a relationship with a new client! I need a call back before 1pm and this needs to be sorted out today or I will definitely not be going forward with this.
