Pathetic custermer service and help!!

What the hell? Just now I spent over R600 just to get transferred from sales to technical back and forth just to get them to swich my ADSL line, but no they just dont get that they have to do it, pathetic and the most worst customer care ever!! I'm really disappointed!!!
