Pathetic Connection

This company continues to disappoint. Why the hell do we even pay for this pathetic connection service? Do they understand that we are working from home and cannot wait 3 to 7 working days to get connection sorted? So irritating to deal with their call center technicians who are not helpful and always ready to tell us about extra charges for us to get assistance.
