One star does not justify it. So I get an sms stating that my account is being canceled, I did not request the cancelation, only to find out now that it's apparently according to non payment yet I have been paying every single month, their accounts department does not call you they just send stupid messages and I was told by them now that they do not phone people. How are these companies doing business and staying in business, oh wait it is due to us as clients spending all ours on them. The service is great till you have signed up there after you are just a number, in the beginning of joining mweb I had to continuously call in for them to debit my account it got to such and extent that I canceled the debit order to do a EFT. You logg on to your mweb account logg complaints no one gets back to you. But yes you want to cancel without my concent please come fetch your router. I would also like the recordings of where it was explained to me when signing up that they are allowed to cancel on my behalf when they feel to do so.
