Pathetic!!!

Your services are pathetic! I made a payment on the 4th already and they have terminated my services. You cant get through to the call centre, you cant get through to an agent on Live chat. I am highly disappointed and would never recommend you guys. No bladdy staff working for you and the ones who are there is transferring me back into the queue everytime and I can hear it
