Pathetic as a internet provider!!!

I've been a mweb customer for almost 3 years and have always had a problem with their customer service and you spend alot of money on airtime because you spend almost a hour on the phone. I'm moving home and for a week already I'm waiting for them to come and install my line and their agents is pathetic,I have spoken to a guy Kirwyn also and he assured me that he'll sort me out but for almost a week now I'm waiting for him to get back to me. I'm done with Mweb and their pathetic service!!!
