Pathetic and useless company to deal with.
Terrible service. Been on the phone since 10am on the 30/04/26 till just before 5pm to try and cancel as im moving premises. No answer from retentions department and the voice prompt keeps saying im number one in the queue. Spoke to Palesa and Fatima who advised they will send a request for someone to call me back.no one called. Sent an email and no reply. Currently on their live chat and no response. Such an *********** company. Quick to take monthly debt order, but no after sales.

04 May 2026, 08:19Hi Shakeel, spending the entire day trying to get through to cancel, without a response or follow-up, is not a workable experience, especially when you’re managing a move and need cer*****y.
A request has now been submitted to the cancellations team to contact you directly and assist with finalising this. Your previous attempts and the lack of response have been noted to ensure this is handled with the urgency it requires.
