PATHETIC AND USELESS!!!

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel my fibre with them now since the 22n of December. I have paid the cancellation fee, called numerous times (holding the line 25-30 minutes every time) Today I get another bill from them and another message saying I have to pay another nearly R900 on top of the R1700 I have already paid them form early cancellation. THEY ARE ALL IDIOTS AND NOBODY CAN HELP YOU!!!!!!

WHY THE HELL DOES AN INTERNET PROVIDER NOT HAVE WORKING EMAIL ADDRESSES?????? HOW ARE THEY STILL STUCK IN THE 1900'S WITH US HAVING TO PHONE THEM EVERY TIME?????
