PATHETIC AGENT

Your agent TIAAN in your tech assistance department is the most unhelpful arrogant person, im not sure how he's supposed to help with his attitude. 1st he cant verify me when 2 agents before him didnt give me a problem but supposedly he cant! dont know whether its lack of training or people skills he's very unpleasant to interact with. I'd advise you to listen to that call and coach him appropriately like the previous lady i spoke to she was awesome . people like TIAAN bring down your brand!!!! Tiaan is pathetic
