Pathetic after sales support and order confirmation!

As a new customer, the service and the ability to get hold of the Sales, Tech and the billing teams are non existent. The App has no active agents monitoring it. The competency of the agents to capture provided information as well as order and address confirmation is pathetic. Please can someone phone me to have my issue resolved I am tired of the same song and stupid voice over in my ear!
