Pathetic after sale service

Wooww ....MWEB is seriously pathetic . I have been trying to get hold of them to change the payment date from last week already . The call rings for 20 minutes ..no one picks it up. I have just tried 5 times today only . I had quite a number of issues with this company ..when trying to sort out domain issues ..you wait forever . They bilingual department is very quicky on debits and applying the penalty fees ...and even threatening about closing your account . THERE IS NO AFTER SALE SERVICE YOU GET FROM THIS COMPANY. But if it is a sale .. they are very quick to respond .
