Pathetic

I took up a WiFi LTE product on 29/11. I still do not have it activated. The status says activation pending. I have done everything on my side yet it doesn't work. I cannot get through to your technical support I wait for ages and my airtime goes. Your complaints department does nothing. Please take your router back of you cannot do a simple step of activating a SIM card
