Pathetic

Pathetic... I am a new customer.. in fact my fist payment has not even gone off . Why because for 2 weeks I have been waiting for a power cable for my fiber box excuse after excuse after excuse the ticket has been logged, they will call me back blah blah blah same tune every time.. I went out and bought a power cable but to my surprise my service has not been activated yet .. WHY . Getting though to Mweb is a mission on its own.. 30min in the que..
