Patheric Service - MWEB is a headless Chicken

Durring December 2025 we requested services for our flat in Cape Town. Calls have been logged and the last word was that the issue will be resolved within 72 hours. Ticket logged is MWB***2 on the 7th January 2026. I doubt MWEB is willing to resolve any of their issues - they must should close the doors
