Patchetic service from MWEB

What pathetic service from Mweb, I requested them to contact me on the web portal enquiring on fibre. First an *********** woman calls me which can't even pronounce my name, how does companies employ such *********** people as your face of the company with the first impression. I'm sorry but that is terrible and absolutely pathetic!!!! Then 'n male calls me, he was helpful and I requested that they mail me the terms and conditions, he committed to do all and a week later I have not received these???? Mweb is not a reputable or stable company that is customer focused to say the least and having employed such *********** people on the front line is shocking to say the least!!!!
