PASSING THE BUCK

When I decided to contract with MWEB re my WIFI, I was led to believe that should there be any problem with the ADSL line with Telkom they would take it up on my behalf.

Well today I have the situation that Mweb blames Telkom for the suspension on my line and vice versa. So no accountability. I am annoyed and need to look for alternatives.

Good day Levydry

Thank you for taking the time to bring this mattet to our attention.

We have tried to call you but was not able to reach you, we will continue to try to call you on your cell.

Alternatively if you have a different number you wish to be called on, please forward it to us.

We have checked your account and can confirm that you MWEB Data and ADSL service has not been suspended.

The suspension on the line is due to Telkom who suspended the voice line portion of the line, I have confirmed this with our faults specialist as well.

You would need to contact Telkom to settle the outstanding amount, once it has been settled they will lift the suspension on the line.

Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to call our contact center.

Kind regards

Nice try MWEB my account is in credit. I never had Telkom service for 24 days in March. There is no money owing to them. I can send you a copy of recent Telkom account received to prove this.Try another excuse. Telkom said the fault lies with MWEB

How can Telkom allow me to have my landline operational if I owe money to them and only suspend the ADSL portion were MWEB is the service provider. I pay you on Debit Order and never been in arrears. Also I have never been in arrears with Telkom. You my service provider MWEB, you sort it out.
