Pain in the neck!!

My new year has gotten off to a bad start because of Mweb. I usually check reviews before I order anything but this time around I didn't because MWEB is a popular ISP. I was naive, Mweb's service is appalling. I've called multiple times and left queries yet my LTE device has not yet been activated.

I hope others don't fall victim to this ISP. They don't care about customers.
