Paid over 2 weeks ago and now cant get hold of anyone!

We called and paid for a subscription on the 16th of April. We have not heard a single word from them, when trying to call them they keep putting down the phone. What can we do to either cancle and get our money back or get internet from them??? Its the 6th already and have had no internet!
