Paid for services , but got nothing in return , not even a call

This is ****ing bull****, firstly I submitted a request for my fibre lines to activated, there after made the payment. yet still no contact from MWEB , through a friend i was able to speak to a consultant who advised that she will call me back, but no call,,,,, if you as a network provider can not keep your word and cant provide the service (which i have paid for) then please refund my money and i will go elsewhere to get better services..... Last chance *** ... call me immediately
