Paid for fiber but no internet access

Signed up with mweb fiber via the Mitchell's fiber offering on their website. Bought voucher and activated it. Been two days and no internet. Have called the help line 4 times and all they tell me is they will log a ticket and get back to me. No ever does. Pathetic service for new customers.
