Paid but no internet!!!

Mweb’s call center is the worst! You never get an answer, my internet was installed on Thursday, till today I haven’t received an sms with login details. I emphasized how urgent get this internet installed was. I have paid my dues yet I don’t have Internet. It’s so darn irritating!!! I’m already regretting my decision to go with mweb.
