Packages available very expensive

More a question than a review. We recently had fibre installed in our area through Evotel. We were all so excited about finally getting a decent internet speed but that changed when we saw the packages on offer. They are so expensive that I have to stay with a really really bad provider ....Rain. we are not a rich area, more a middle to lower income area. Surely a but more research into what residents can afford should have been done? If a more affordable rate were on offer i would switch in a heartbeat. So many peeps here were hit hard financially with covid that the packages are simply out of our budget.
