Overpriced internet

Last year this time I signed up with MWeb for a 10mb/10mb fibre line and the rate was R540 per month. I know that price increases are inevitable and must occur due to inflation etc, but a + 20% increase is ridiculous! I want MWeb to please enlighten me on this platform as to WHY a huge increase is justified?
