OVERCHARGED ME WHILE CONTRACT ENDED

Horrible company overcharged me from January 2023 after my contract ended until April this year, you send them multiple emails and they never get back to you or take a whole week to respond, they upgraded my plan without my consent, I AM FURIOUS
