Overcharged for underpreformance!

I am paying for a 100mbps fiber line. Tv bufffering all day long. Aps just stop working . Did speedtest only getting 1.29mbps down and 0.92mbps uploud. This is totally useless and waste of money! Need this to be investigated and sorted asap. Tired of paying for service not received!
