Over promised to secure order-Terrible Company to deal with
Over promised to secure order - escalated zero feedback. When choosing an ISP before a long weekend I asked them all if they could deliver the router by the time I moved into my new house - calls are recordered - Sunday 26th around 11am. I was promised I would get my router by the next weekend. I agreed to sign with MWEB under False promises. Vumatel showed up -The router went with the courier, and dispite multiple calls - they gave me a tracking number with no idea who the courier is??? How do you have a tracking number but no courier to check it with? I asked for this to be escalated since Saturday and no one has called, or said anything??
