Over-Promise & Under-Deliver

wow what a horrible service provider , Firstly I was a great suporter of Mweb and referd everybody to them , great sales team a amzing billing team but after sales service and the actual service that MWeb provides is the worst ever for the last couple of months I have been getting low to no speed out of my line I pay for a 200 mb line but get anything from 1 to 5 mb this is horrific , but come the end of the month first debit order that goes of my account you take the money I pay for a product but I do not even get it this is not treating the customer fairly at all , I regret ever moving to this company . and dont even get me started on their online platforms you can logg a query you will get the stupid excuses saysing I tested the line it seems fine when I am at work and cannot coroborate if that is the case and when I get home it seems ok they get me to about 70-80 mb still not what I am paying for and this only lasts till they are closed then same problem starts , other times it is ok for about two days then back to the same old problem and then they say its the line maybe , if it is the line then it wont be fine for two days then back to the same old nonsense, I have been a loyal customer always paying for a service that they promise and never deliver in Afrikaans we call it a "Ja Broer" its like you just want the customer at sales stage then once the fish has caught on you dont deliver you seem like a political party everybody knows that over promise and under delivers or not deliver
