Over charged for something am not using.

I signed up for the Mweb mobile data package for R89 per month. I haven't had the chance to use any of the data and Mweb is charging me R190 every Month. I am not using the data and I have been trying to call Mweb to cancel the package I took but every time I call, I am caller number 30 something. I entered my details on your website for a call-back but no one called back. I sent an email to Mweb but no one bothered to reply me. I don't understand why I am over charged for something I am not using. I need to cancel please...
