Outstanding Support

I have been a customer with MWEB since dial-up days. Never have I been more impressed by the outstanding service and support that MWEB has delivered over the years. In a ISP climate where, on a daily basis, one hears of the struggles people go though just to have working Internet, it is good to know that MWEB will go the extra mile to ensure they deliver the service they promise. <br> <br> What really stood out to me is the support I received over social media. I returned from holiday, on Sunday evening, to a line speed that was delivering a fraction of my allocated bandwidth. After noticing my sluggish and slow downloads, I thought there was not much that one could do on a Sunday evening to fix it. I sent MWEB a private message on their Facebook page explaining my situation
