Outstanding service from Mweb

I would like to commend Mweb for the excellent service I recently received. Over the past few weeks, our modem started giving problems, and by Saturday it had completely stopped working, leaving us unable to work or receive emails. When I contacted Mweb, I was assisted by Scott, who was extremely helpful and professional. He then transferred me to Brenda, who was just as friendly and efficient. We explained that our 7-year-old modem had failed, and Brenda advised that they would call us back either on Saturday or Monday. I must admit, I was sceptical—but Mweb exceeded my expectations. On Monday morning at 07:15, Mweb called us, and by 19:00 that same evening, we had already received a replacement modem. This is truly outstanding service. Both Scott and Brenda were kind, polite, and professional throughout. Mweb delivered on their promise, and that level of reliability is rare. Thank you, Mweb, and especially Scott and Brenda, for going above and beyond!
