Outstanding Pathetic service

This is the worst ISP i have ever come across.. if your NPS score is 1.5/5 and your trust index is 1.5.. Its disgusting. I have been waiting for someone to answer my call for the last two hours literally. No one answered and the call was cut after waiting all this time. We have been without internet since 24 December and no one from MWEB has tried to assist after nuemrous calls. No technician has come out and only one call since then. No care in the world. I am disgusted at the service. I have even run out of airtime holding on for assistance.. We are paying R700 for this **** service. We are definitely cancelling and moving over to Cool Ideas. I am impressed with their service and response times. Mweb does not even deserve a 1 rating. No one even bothers to call back..
