Outstanding Customer Support

Good Day,<br> <br> Strangely this is not the first time i am assisted by this technician, but i do feel Mweb. need to incentivize te outstanding support and service that is offered by Ismail Davids. I called again today just before 5pm and even though there was a mess up with my clients account, he offered to find a way to assist me. On another occasion he was extremely supportive on an external IP routing issue. Ismail is the representation of what the MWEB brand markets and is why i keep all my clients with Mweb. <br> <br> I implore Mweb to locate Ismail in the fixed IP department and commend him accordingly for such a high standard of technical support and customer service.<br> <br> Thank you Ismail and the Mweb team.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Joffy.
