Outrageous wait times
Horrible wait times for voice, chat and WhatsApp. Clearly no one doing any resource planning here. Today you broke the record, I waited 3hrs for an agent to eventually answer and ask how could they help me... Good product but your customer service experience is ********** in terms of wait times MWEB and been like this for a very long time. This on it's own is enough to drive one to cancellation of the service...
