Outraged customer over lack of services from Mweb

We live in kwamashu and we have not had WiFi for almost 2 months, we are really struggling and my mothers internet café has really been affected. In my opinion their resolving of the issue has been terrible. We did not have WiFi for the month of January but my mothers account was still debited. I honestly cannot believe that we had to go through this. We are considering moving to vodacom for internet services. Never again will we deal with Mweb.
