Out of Bundle Limit functionality on profile is meant to rob customers of thier hard earned cash

<p>I called mweb sometime last year to set my out of bundle limit to R50. Recently I have noticed that the out of bundle data usage has exceeded the my 50 limit to about 142. I contacted the support and express my concern . They told me that its my fault i should keep track of it and its not guarenteed. Why should they use systems that rob people's monies and just give the excuse of terms and conditions..Considering cancelling with them</p>
