ordering Fibre from mweb

worst experience ever, app**** for fibre, openserve comes out to install but still no router was delivered. i then call and you cant get through. its been weeks since the install and still no router and . I then get a sms that my line is active but I don't even have a router and its suppose to be one month free but still nothing, now I want to cancel and they say i cant cancel online as the call center drops the calls and you hold for hours. hate the service.
