ORDER STILL NO RECEIVED WORSE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
I bought wifi and paid on the 25th, I was sent link to Rica same day which i did upload documents etc. I received a link again 3 days later which I uploaded again. I received a notification that my purchase is on hold due to no Rica, but I did upload documents 3 times. I called on Friday and spoke Thabile.hlombe. she has since not responded to me or called me back as she promised me. I am seriously disappointed by the customer service from this company to a new customer. clearly something is wrong with your system, and I still have no idea of when I will get my order or how this will be solved
