order is on hold due to 'Social Dangers'
I placed my order for fibre installation with Mweb on 26th Sept. Today, nearly 2 weeks later I'm told my order is on hold due to 'Social Dangers', Which is a load of bull**** b'cos everyone in my street (in Heideveld) has fibre installed, - I'm sure even Manenberg as well. Why has nobody contacted me about this. I've paid the R250 deposit - I want this resolved immediately because you've already wasted enough time and energy on this!

09 Oct 2024, 08:25Mweb is ***** !!! They were very quick to start the application process and taking a deposit to get to process started - but then nothing! When I tried contacting Mweb via Chat I'm being passed from one team to another - nobody's taking responsibility in assisting to resolve my issue. When I tried phoning them I'm on hold so long that the call eventually drops. This is going into 3 weeks now already and I'm fed up. I want my deposit back and will move to a different service provider.
