Order cancelations without feedback to customers, don't try them

The worst customer service, made an order on the 13th of March after a trial with open serve. They then canceled my order on the 28th because , the trial is still open with open serve, even though the trial has lapsed and I have no internet. I also had to call them for two weeks straight just to get feedback.
